We offer a 30-day return policy. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund or store credit within 30 days of the purchase date from isseobeauty.com, excluding the original shipping cost.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Only products purchased directly from Isseobeauty.com are eligible for return.
Shipping fees and gift wrapping costs are non-refundable.
Products bought from other retailers are not eligible for a refund.
All returned items are inspected upon receipt. Products that are nearly empty, tampered with, or contain substances other than the original product are not refundable.
Items damaged or lost due to personal mishandling—such as being dropped, stolen, spilled, or otherwise mishandled—are also non-refundable.
